• Air Rifles: These items must be delivered to another Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD). Once the required RFD licenses have been exchanged, delivery will occur within 24 hours.

• Other Products: Delivery times for other items will depend on the weight and value of the product. For example:

• Night Vision Scopes: Due to their value, these will be sent via Parcelforce 24 for next-day delivery.

• Pellets: These will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically takes 3 working days.

• Area Considerations: Delivery times may also vary depending on the area, especially for remote or rural locations.

• International Orders: We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be placed within the UK.

• Damaged or Lost Goods: If your items arrive damaged or do not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you with a resolution.

• Returns Policy: You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The item must be in its original, unopened condition.
